Ruby and Symfony APIs Updated

Ruby Core, Stdlib and Symfony APIs have been updated. Many thanks to everybody who noticed and notified us about index discrepancy.

BTW Ruby Core and Stdlib now refer to ruby-doc.org which seems to be more up-to-date (again, thanks to Brian J. for pointing that out).
